Pretty cool for those that use Mobil 1 and don't know about this. Basically for every purchase of 6qts (either a case of 6 or the 5qt. jug plus a 1qt.) you earn $5 credit to use toward Mobil1 merchandise or gift certificates to a store of your choice. You can redeem your $5 for every oil change or let it build up. Wow, great looking program! And I think I might actually still have the receipt for the still-unopened case of M1-EP that I bought several months ago.
* just signed up and printed out my rebate form. Use that deal with the Advance Auto promo sale that they have every so often, and you can REALLY save on M1. Thanks for posting this!

Yea I know, I found it because I always have trouble finding Mobil1 5W-30 so that got me thinking to go on their site and look for promos, now I wish I had receipts for past oil changes! Anyone have trouble finding M1? I usually go to Wal-Mart for the 5qt. jugs bc the Aurora take 5.5 and my MC takes 4 so it works out well to get 2. They always have the 5w-30 truck & suv, extended performance or just 10w. |

I found this in "terms and conditions";
13. Participants must accrue Reward credits and redeem their Rewards during their respective Reward Accrual Period, which is a period of 24 consecutive months. The first Reward Accrual Period will begin on the Participant's enrollment date in the Mobil 1 Rewards program. At the conclusion of a Participant's Reward Accrual Period, the Participant's Reward credit balance will be reset to zero and a new Reward Accrual Period will commence.
Whether it's worth it depends on how many oil changes you do. Make sure you cash out before expiration.

Still worth it for me, I use Mobil 1 in both of my cars so thats at least 4 oil changes in a 24 month period and I'll get enough for a free oil change or close to it. |
