They are unavailable as you probably have found out. This is the best way to replace it as of now.

Thanks guys. I did find the refurbished ones (Bonneville mount retrofit) on ebay, that look good. But I have not purchased one yet. Is it a forum member who is making these?

Yep I checked that out. Kinda nice that he made a video to show it. I had already been following his youtube channel for other Aurora videos he made so it wasn't a huge surprise to find out it was him. Considering making an offer for a slightly lower price, but something like this is kind of a leap of faith as far as trusting the quality of work. Could be excellent, could be dangerous. I'm not yet sure I want to roll the dice on that one. My mount didn't look to be in THAT bad of shape anyways. However I will be taking a look at it again when it warms up, and may consider getting one of these if they're still available.
