Are those ducks in a creek or is that a flooded area?
The male in the last picture looks like a decoy. Had to do a double take.

Nice. I like the ferris wheel at night. Is that on the Canada side? We are leaving in the morning for a 10-12 day "Griswold Family Vacation" (DC, Balt, Philly, NY, Niagara, Canton) Hopefully, the weather cooperates. No snow please. Here are a couple more pics. Won't be posting any over the next couple of weeks. First one is our dog "Jack". Not sure how well he is going to handle the whole family being gone. But, my mother in law will spoil him like she does the rest of the grandkids. This is another "use of principle" assignment from class showing depth of field.

Yeah that is on the Canada side on Clifton Hill. One take-away beware of the ludicrous 11.5-13% "HST" sales tax they have and also check if your bank has international transaction fees, mine did. Between the stupid Canadian tax and that it cost me at least $100 extra dollars... I'll stay on the American side in the future. It was fun though. Nice dog he should be fine my parents watched our 2 dogs.

Won' t have to worry about the sales tax (or the ferris wheel). I'm the only one the holds a passport.
Gonna have to keep our feet in the U.S.

Took a ton of pictures over the last few weeks. Most are from the vacation (boring snapshots of the kids) Here is the obligatory "tourist" photo of the Capitol Building And the grill of an old Dodge school bus from the American History Museum

Another Day, another pic. For anyone looking for free online storage of photos, Flickr is now allowing 1TB of space for users. I just setup my account this morning. Let's see if it works! This is a pic of an Elk from last week. We took a quick spin through the local Safari. The above is what I get when I try to insert a pic from Flickr. For some reason I can't direct link to the picture, like I did with photobucket below. Anyone have experience posting with Flickr? I must be doing something wrong.

Isn't dog fighting illegal in all 50 states?
I'll take $50 on the little black and white dog.

A Crane. I think his name is Frazier. Does the crane have an apartment in Seattle? And host a radio talk show? ;D You're right tigger, there are definitely some who will think we're crazy. ;D
